This area is famous, maybe infamous, for its heavy snowfall weather conditions. The accumulation of snow usually and easily exceed 2m (6.5ft), sometimes over 3m (9.8ft). Almost everything are forced to stop by the severe natural environment of the winter. Only happy people in the area would be snowboarders and skiers till the spring comes.
