Signs on the Streets in Murakami, Nigata

There were some unique and interesting signs on the streets in Murakami, Nigata.

Some kind of charm, I guess, hanging
on the wooden grating.
Bus stop. Rusted one is abolished.
Small one is active, I hope.

Tailor shop
Stop sign for pedestrians.

Greetings are encouraged by the
PTA of Murakami elementary school 
Asking "give us quiet nights"
I don'd believe this rural city is
noisy at night. Are they asking
humans or strays?
